For project to be possible, we would require several infrastructure related changes and addition. This is important for ensuring theservices deployed from this project able to reach the audience it was meant to reach, without being affected much by the current design of UTP network. Having a good hardware resources will also encourage and made it easier to expand the infrastructure to support future needs.
